Applications are taken Tuesday and Thursdays at 411 Roemer Blvd., Farrell. Applicants 18 and older can fill out an application. Applications are available for download below or at the site. Once it has been approved, applicants will be placed on a waiting list. When a unit becomes available, applications are pulled at the time of placement of the list. At the time of application, you MUST bring in proof of social security number and birth certificates for everyone in the household. You must pass a credit, landlord, and criminal check to be considered qualified for an apartment or home.
